Construction has begun on Phase 2 of the Basin District Masterplan, adding 600 housing units and a second wetland park to the 212-acre former industrial site in Sacramento.
Phase 1, completed in 2024, delivered the district’s first 400 units and won the Urban Land Institute’s Global Award for Excellence. Phase 2 is expected to complete in 2028.
