Harrow Terrace replaced a surface parking lot with 34 units of terrace housing organized around three shared courtyards of varying size and character — one planted densely for privacy, one kept open as a shared lawn, and one paved as a hard-surface gathering space for building events.
Unit types range from studio to three-bedroom, all sharing a common material and massing language so the building reads as a single composition rather than a collection of unit types stacked for efficiency.
Harrow Terrace was shortlisted for the World Architecture Festival’s residential category in 2025.
